FAQs
The staff at Nissan of Clearwater want to ensure that your visit is always at a higher standard. Part of how we do that is by keeping you informed every step along the way by answering any and all of your questions. Below, you’ll find a few of the most common ones. If you have a question not listed below, please contact our dealership at any time. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Q: Why is test-driving a car or SUV important?
A: Although our showroom of new Nissan cars may look appealing, only a test drive can help you determine whether you would prefer a new Altima or a new Frontier. A test drive helps you decide what feels more comfortable behind the wheel and allows you to check out several special features as well.
Q: What is the difference between used and certified pre-owned?
A: If you want more options (and wish to save some money), buying a used or certified pre-owned car is a great way to get a quality vehicle for much less than buying new. Plus, each of our used vehicles comes with the Morgan Used Lifetime Warranty for added value and protection.
Q: How important is car maintenance?
A: Regular maintenance ensures that your car runs smoothly - and safely - for longer periods of time. Our Nissan service center recommends scheduling regular maintenance appointments to keep your vehicle in prime condition.
Q: How do I know when I need an oil change?
A: Our service technicians recommend that you change the oil in your Nissan vehicle every three months (or every 3000 - 5000 miles) to keep all of your engine's many parts thoroughly lubricated. Our service center also provides several amenities to help you stay productive while we service your Nissan vehicle.
Q: How do I find out what my trade-in is worth?
A: When you visit our dealership, our financing team can answer any questions about the value of your current vehicle. If you need a preliminary estimate, you can use our online Value Your Trade tool or even get pre-qualified online with no social security number required.
Q: Can I buy a car with no credit?
A: Whether you have good credit, bad credit, or no credit, Nissan of Clearwater has several financing options to accommodate all of our customers' circumstances.
Q: Are you open on Sunday?
A: The Service and Parts departments are closed on Sunday. However, our sales department is open from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm on Sundays.
Q: Why should I choose your dealership?
A: With our pressure-free environment, drivers from Florida, and beyond are encouraged to take advantage of services that benefit them best.
